JLo Wins Big From Ex-K-Fed Husband

In January 2006 a New York Post article described the proposed expose of a 12-chapter "tell-all manuscript" under the title: "The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller." This ghost written expose detailed some little known facts about none other than Jennifer “JLo” Lopez Anthony. JLo’s Ex-K-Fed, Ojani Noa, a restaurant and nightclub manager, offered not to publish the book if Lopez paid him $5 million. JLo sued his ass in June 2006 because he violated the terms of a nondisclosure agreement the two had reached under previous legal settlement. Lopez was awarded $200,000 in damages for breach of contract, $300,000 in attorneys' fees and nearly $48,000 in arbitration costs which translates to $545,000 in the arbitratral win. Noa had planned to publish a tell-all book revealing, among other things, that JLo had multiple affairs during their marriage. Ironically enough, one of her dalliances was purportedly her third and current husband, Marc Anthony; while he was married to Dayanara Torres of course. In addition to the cash penalty, Noa is also barred from revealing any intimate details about his marriage to JLo for personal gain. If he was smart, he’d let the cat out the bag for free and garner funds resulting from the backlash. Although, an untalented and uninspired K-Fed usually lacks any foundation to build upon, that’s why they’re K-Feds.
